Texas Speed & Performance DOD Delete Plugs (Set of 8) for Gen 5 LT 2019+ GM Truck
When doing a DOD delete it is a requirement to block off the DOD ports underneath the valley cover. These bolt-in style plugs accomplish that task and are an alternative to using the DOD delete specific valley covers.
The TSP 2019+ LT DOD Hole Plugs Kit is designed to eliminate the factory DOD/AFM system from Gen V LT truck and SUV engines. When paired with the proper camshaft and lifter upgrade, this kit allows for complete removal of the DOD solenoids while maintaining proper engine oil flow.
DOD removal helps improve lifter longevity and overall engine lifespan, significantly reducing the risk of lifter failure commonly seen in newer GM V8 applications.
