Refund, Privacy and Terms of Service
We apologize if you’re not 100% satisfied with your product purchase from Glenn’s Auto Performance. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase or 15 days after the product has been delivered, whichever is later. If this period of time has elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, refund, and/or exchange. A 20% restocking fee applies on all returned merchandise. A 3% cancellation fee applies on all orders that are cancelled prior to shipment.
To be eligible for a return, refund, and/or exchange your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging, including all paperwork/instructions and components
- Be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned products must be shipped back inside of a shipping box or bag and cannot be return shipped using only their retail packaging. See important note below:
If a returned item is shipped back with shipping labels adhered directly to retail packaging, or with damaged retail packaging, that return may be denied or subject to additional restocking fees, as these items cannot be re-sold in "new" condition. In the event that a return is denied the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to them.
Important information regarding your return, refund, and/or exchange:
- The purchaser will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs for their item and shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the purchaser is returning an item, it is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance (Glenn’s Auto Performance assumes no responsibility for items lost and/or damaged during return shipping)
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless explicitly instructed to do so by Glenn’s Auto Performance
- Non-returnable and/or non-refundable items include: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and/or any customized product offerings (such as, custom grind camshafts, etc.)
If your item arrives damaged or missing listed components, we will require photos of the product and packaging as it was received. Any claims must be made within 5 business days of shipment delivery confirmation, in writing, to Glenn@GlennsAutoPerformance.com.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds, replacements and/or exchanges are granted. All refunds, returns, replacements and/or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Glenn’s Auto Performance and changes to this policy can be made at any time.
Warranties on all products sold on www.GlennsAutoPerformance.com are at the discretion of the original manufacturer and handled by and through that entity. Glenn’s Auto Performance holds no liability for product defects, manufacturing errors, or vehicle fitment issues.

This policy extends to any transactions completed through other sales outlets such as, but not limited to, eBay, social media, PayPal direct, or other and by any individual or entity in association with Glenn's Auto Performance or its subsidiaries.
