This kit allows you to bypass the OEM 194 degree thermostat in the factory 2014+ 6L80e and 6L90e & 2016+ 8L90e transmission cooler line assembly. If you're installing an aftermarket cooler on your 14+ application, this is a must-have part! But, it even provides a cooling benefit with the OEM cooler.
