MELLING HIGH VOLUME/STANDARD PRESSURE OIL PUMP - M295HV
The M295HV is Melling's standard pressure/high volume factory style replacement oil pump for LS applications. The factory LS oil pump can suffer from cavitation above 6200 RPM which creates a drop in oil pressure and aerates the oil.
NOTE: For non-AFM LS applications only.
NOTE: We do not recommend running high volume oil pumps with factory oil pans due to the possibility of draining the pan at high RPMs. 7-quart capacity or more oil pan is recommended.
