Note: We always recommend measuring header hardware penetration depth. The holes on the LS/LT cylinder heads are blind and back up to a water jacket. You want to ensure the header hardware does not extend too far into the bolt hole. While these bolts are sized correctly, variables in header flange thickness, gasket thickness, and cylinder head machining on the exhaust flange/outlet side of the cylinder head can all contribute to total bolt penetration depth.
