The CS 236/252 centrifugal supercharger LS camshaft is designed for max-street or race applications in vehicles using 5.7L, 6.0L, and 6.2L LS engines equipped with centrifugal style superchargers.
The CS 236/252 Supercharger Camshaft will have a "lopey" or "choppy" idle and strong power through upper RPM range with emphasis on extended RPM capability. This camshaft will perform best in a vehicle properly setup for upper RPM performance with modifications including: headers, free flowing performance exhaust, increased stall speed torque converter and optimum final drive ratio. Valve spring and pushrod upgrade are required.
Supercharger series cams are designed with Cam Motion's renowned smooth cam lobe design that provides quiet valve train operation and excellent upper rpm stability.
