Upgrade your 2009-2013 GM Corvette ZR1 LS9 engine with the Boundary Pumps LS9 Sump Rotor and Pressure Rotor, engineered for precision and performance. Designed to fit seamlessly with OEM specs, this upgrade delivers enhanced oiling, improved durability, and race-ready reliability.
Boundary oil pump gears are 100% manufactured in their Dallas, Texas, production facility. They start by quenching our Chromoly billets from extreme heat and then temper them to a tough indestructible core. After machining, they apply their ColdFlow surface hardening process and complete it to a Mirror Finish. What does all this give you? It gives you a pump with stability over 9000 RPM, proven in excess of 2000whp, with higher efficiency, less friction, and backed by one of the industry’s best warranties.
Oil Pump Gear Features:
- Mirror Finished and Surface Hardened
- Surface Ground gears for the ultimate in fitment and performance
- Indestructible Chromoly core
- Inner and outer gear machined in matched sets
- Race-inspired gerotor design for flow and strength
- Each set hand, machine, and hardness inspected with Blueprinting Report
Optional MartenWear heat treatment for ultra-long wear debris resistant surfaces:
The MartenWear process was developed and is applied all in house at Boundary and is a 2nd stage of heat treatment that can be applied to their billet components. MartenWear heat treats the exterior surface of the part to be extremely hard and long wearing. This surface is more robust against debris ingestion and has been found to be wear free in all applications up to and beyond 13000 RPM.
