This thermostat is rated to open at 160 degrees versus the original 187 degrees on the OEM thermostat. Includes seal.
NOTE: Designed to fit early style water pump casting number 12562459 with 52mm thermostat opening. Will NOT fit GM later style revised water pump casting number 12703898 with 47mm thermostat opening.
