Mishimoto Universal 13-Row Stacked Plate 40K Transmission Cooler
Keeping transmission fluid temperatures in check is key to extending the life of your transmission. High fluid temperatures cause reduced lubrication, which can damage seals, clutches, and bearings. Mishimoto has a solution with their highly efficient universal 13-row stacked-plate transmission cooler kit. This universal kit applies to any vehicle needing an ancillary cooler to assist in hot climates, towing, or extreme driving conditions. The heat exchanger features a 40,000 GVW rating, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. Within this transmission cooler kit, we include the necessary components for a typical installation. The included 3/4"-16 to 3/8" hose barb adapter fittings feature an integrated O-ring for leak-free operation. Fifty inches of durable SAE J1532 transmission cooler hose is provided to route fluid to and from the transmission. SAE J1532 hose is explicitly designed for transmission fluids and features a spiral polyester reinforcement for increased pressure tolerance. This includes high-quality stainless-steel worm-gear clamps and 3/8" hose barb unions for mating the hose and fittings. Rounding out the Universal 13-row Stacked Plate Transmission Cooler kit is a set of 4 universal mounting brackets and associated hardware, making installation a breeze.

NOTE: Mishimoto uses 3/4" fittings on their inlet and outlet and is not compatible with the Tru-Cool/Derale conversion fittings that we include in our PTFE transmission line kits.
