JP Performance LS Double Roller Billet Timing Set - Choose Engine Application


JP Performance Billet Double Roller Timing Set w/ Chain - Torrington Bearing Fitted. This kit includes the appropriate oil pump spacers, but some oil pumps may still require clearancing for the larger double roller chain. This timing set features the 3 bolt pattern used on aftermarket camshafts, eliminating the need for a "3 bolt conversion kit" when doing your cam swap. 

 

Available in: 24x Reluctor and 58x Reluctor variations with the option for no camshaft sensor trigger on the camshaft sprocket (early 1997-2003 Gen 3 LS with rear mounted camshaft sensor), 1x camshaft sensor trigger (late style 24x LS1/LS2 with front mounted 1x camshaft sensor), or 4x camshaft sensor trigger (all Gen 4 58x LS applications with 4x camshaft sensor) 

  • 1997-2003 Gen 3 LS1/LS6 OR 1999-2006 GM Truck Engines, such as LQ4, LQ9, LM7, LR4, L59, LM4, L33 (24x Reluctor and Rear Mounted Cam Sensor) - JP5615T
  • LS1/LS2 (24x Reluctor and 1x Cam Trigger Sprocket) - JP5623T
  • Gen 4 LS2/LS3/L76/L99 OR Late 2007-2013 GM Truck Engines, such as LC9, LMG, LY6, L96, L92, etc. (58x Reluctor and 4x Cam Trigger Sprocket) - JP5628T

 

NOTE: Does NOT fit dry sump crankshafts with long snout (LS7 and LS3 dry sump).

NOTE: Double roller timing sets will likely require modification to the timing cover to clear the timing set and/or spaced oil pump.

*In some instances the JP Performance timing sets will require machining a chamfer into the camshaft retaining plate for clearance. Notes detailing this are supplied with the kit - not all applications require this, as it is dependent on clearances post-assembly.
