This steel clutch alignment tool is designed for use during any clutch install on any LTx or LSx application and features longer-than-stock splines for proper line up of twin and triple disc clutch discs. Reusable! Not included with many clutch kits, but is very convenient to have! 26 spline.
We prefer the steel alignment tool over the typical plastic style, especially for twin or triple disc clutch set ups because the steel tool will not sag like the plastic tool sometimes does. This makes transmission installation much easier since the alignment of the clutch discs is spot on!
