Mishimoto LS Heatsink Ignition Coils (Set of 8) for 1999-2007 GM Truck (Silverado/Sierra)
These are Mishimoto's replacement for the popular "heatsink" style LS ignition coils that everybody wants to run on their turbo builds. They D585/Heatsink style ignition coils have been known to provide the strongest spark output below 5ms dwell compared to all other factory ignition coil options.
The basic requirements for a properly running engine are fuel, air, compression, and spark. Before increasing the power of your LS engine, it's wise to ensure all maintenance is up to date and these processes are performing as intended. Weak spark from your ignition system can result in misfiring, rough idling, poor gas mileage, and damage to your catalytic converter; all of which hinder performance.
