BTR's Complete MDS delete kit includes the necessary components to delete your problematic Multi-Displacement System (MDS) on 09+ Dodge/RAM Trucks (1500) & SUVs (Durango), & 09+ Jeep/Chrysler 5.7L applications w/ MDS. This kit includes a full set of 16 lifters, not a partial set like other cheaper alternatives. In addition to the full MDS delete, this kit also includes a BTR High Performance HEMI 5.7 VVT Cam Kit.

  • SET OF GEN III HEMI HEAD BOLTS
  • FULL SET OF MOPAR PERFORMANCE HELLCAT LIFTERS AND TRAYS
  • CRANK BOLT
  • CAMSHAFT BOLT
  • LEFT SIDE HEAD GASKET
  • RIGHT SIDE HEAD GASKET
  • VALVE COVER GASKETS
  • EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKET (DRIVER SIDE)
  • EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKET (PASSENGER SIDE)

  • BTR SP021-16 Drop-in .625" Lift Spring Kit
  • Phaser Limiter or Lockout (as required)
  • Valve Seals
  • BTR CHROMOLY ONE-PIECE INTAKE PUSHRODS - 6.775 LONG - 5/16 DIAMETER - .080 WALL
  • BTR CHROMOLY ONE-PIECE EXHAUST PUSHRODS - 8.075 LONG - 5/16 DIAMETER - .080 WALL

*Important Notes*

These kits fit 09-18 Gen III HEMI applications ONLY.  Will not fit 2003-2008 applications!


* Tuning is required when disabling the MDS system.

**2015+ Truck applications & 2018+ Car applications will require a PCM Swap or Unlock for required tuning. 

 

*Higher Stall Speed Torque Converter Is Recommended on Stage 3 or Stage 4 Camshaft
