What We've Been Up To Lately... RSS

In late December we finally decided to cut into the roof on the 2002 GMC Sierra 1500HD to investigate some rust blisters around the third brake light. The blisters became more apparent over the last year or so, but worsened quickly in 2017. The truck belongs to my girlfriend, Victoria, who inherited this truck from her father in 2016. Our plan has always been to preserve the truck because of its sentimental value, and it's arguably our favorite vehicle we own. The rust was much worse than anticipated, but it didn't come as a complete surprise since it's spent most of its life in the salty air of Florida.
